🔹 What is your experience in wind resource assessment?
Our wind research team uses advanced tools like WAsP, Wind Pro, and CFD modelling. We install
wind monitoring masts (10–150m) with Kintech loggers and Thiess sensors, collect minimum one
year data, and provide comprehensive resource assessment reports including micro-siting and
turbine suitability.
🔹 Do you undertake turnkey substation construction?
Yes, we have a proven track record in constructing new substations from 11kV to 220kV, including
complete engineering, civil works, erection, and commissioning. We also conduct power system
studies to ensure seamless grid integration.
🔹 How does your SCADA system work?
Our in-house developed SCADA provides real-time monitoring and control of each wind turbine and
the entire farm. It logs historical data, performs performance analysis, and triggers alerts. We
also have a Central Monitoring Station (CMS) in Chennai operating 24/7.
🔹 What is the capacity of your crane supply?
We supply crawler and hydraulic cranes up to 800 ton capacity for heavy lifting, turbine
erection, substation equipment placement, and emergency recovery. Operator and rigging team
included.
🔹 Do you provide O&M for solar power plants?
Yes, our solar O&M includes module cleaning (robotic/manual), inverter troubleshooting, string
monitoring, drone thermography, and performance ratio optimisation. We help increase yield and
reduce downtime.
🔹 How many technicians do you have?
We have over 250 in‑house trained and skilled manpower, backed by fully equipped infrastructure
and a central support team in Chennai. All technicians are certified for high-voltage safety.
🔹 What is your response time for emergencies?
Our on-site teams are available 24/7. For breakdowns, we aim to reach site within 4 hours in
most regions and resolve critical issues immediately to minimise downtime.
🔹 Do you supply wind monitoring equipment?
Yes, we supply Kintech data loggers, Thiess advanced sensors, lattice masts (10-150m), tubular
masts (50-85m), and remote sensing systems. We also provide installation, commissioning, and O&M
of monitoring masts.
🔹 Can you handle live-line maintenance for HT lines?
Yes, our teams are trained in live-line techniques for 11kV to 33kV lines, allowing maintenance
without shutdowns. We also perform reconductoring, tree trimming, and insulator replacement.
