Stop Working Policy

All printed copies or computer files of this document not hosted in the company’s intranet are considered as non‑controlled copies. Except in the case of copies that are marked as “Controlled Copies”.

Safety and Health is our most important commitment.

People are the most precious asset, which we must protect. We must promote and consolidate The Culture of Safety and Health by strengthening risk awareness and fostering responsible behaviors to ensure that work is done with quality and without accidents.

Therefore, we ask each of you To Stop any Activity that presents a risk for you or others regarding Health and Safety, as soon as possible.

It is also essential to immediately communicate any situation that could potentially cause an accident or damage, to your supervisor and any Nisarga Renew Powertech Representative. People’s attitudes, behaviors, actions, omissions, etc., should be included in situations where they have the potential to impact safety or quality.

“Stop Working Policy” applies without fear of consequences. No fault or liability shall be attributed to anyone who indicates, in good faith, a risky situation or who stops work, even if it later reveals itself unnecessary.

Nothing is above the safety and health of workers.

We in the business of service and provide to our customers through Wind and Solar Energy side. We also provide time to time services to our customers. We adopt a holistic approach to Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) aspects in all its spheres of operations our SHE policy is employee centric and principle based in approach.

  • Promote learning through training incident recording and investigation, sharing of experiences and best practices with in the company, contractors and associates, wherever required.
  • Communicate, educate, train and empower all employees and associates.
  • Periodically review the SHE policy to ensure its relevance and effects necessary changes to the policy, as and when required.
